A few years ago I undertook major renovation on my home. I used a builder who allegedly knew what he was doing. It very soon became apparent that he had no idea about building. I removed him from site, but was left literally with a house half complete.
I had used Allied Construction in previous projects and gave him a call. He immediately accepted the challenge and the house was completed in good time (considering the mess he had inherited) and to my satisfaction.

Changes and additional work will attract variations since they were allocated a budget on the Bill of Quantities which will guide us on what has received as an allocation in the estimates.

Establish emergency procedures to ensure a safe working enviroment for client and staff.
An ALLIED CONSTRION appointed site manager has the sole responsibility of the activities on site.
If delays are caused by the client, the client will allocate a budget for the time lost as per contract agreement.
If ALLIED CONSTRUCTION does not deliver, ALLIED CONSTRUCTION will pay a penalty fee to the client for the delays as per contract agreement.
